Programs, Registration & Payments

Joining a program may require registration and payment of fees. When you sign up:

• Give us accurate and complete information, and keep it current;
• Understand that fees, schedules, and program details can change; and
• Note that, unless we say otherwise in writing, registration fees and donations are non-refundable.

A Note on Risk

Let's be real: swimming and athletic training carry inherent risks. Participation in any Wolfpack Elite program may require a separate waiver, release, and assumption-of-risk agreement signed by you — or by a parent or legal guardian for a minor. Those agreements stand alongside these Terms; they don't replace them.

House Rules

We're a team, on deck and off. You agree to treat our staff, coaches, athletes, families, and facilities with respect and to follow posted rules and reasonable instructions. We may suspend or end access to our programs or website for conduct we consider harmful, unlawful, or in violation of these Terms.

Our Stuff: Intellectual Property

The content on our website — text, graphics, logos, images, and the "Wolfpack Elite" name and marks — belongs to or is licensed by Wolfpack Elite, Inc. and is protected by intellectual property laws. Please don't copy, reproduce, distribute, or remix it without our written permission.
