Katharine Berkoff Shares Goals for UVA Pro Am: “Be Happy and Present More than Anything”
Katharine Berkoff had a solid showing in Charlottesville this week, winning the 50 Back (25.43, tying with Claire Curzan and .2 from the World Record) and finishing 3rd in the 100 back (55.07) and 4th in the 100 free (52.77). During the meet, Berkoff told SwimSwam that her goal was to be happy and present during her racing, as SCM times don’t necessarily hold much weight for the World Champion.
